Only if we notice that a client regularly skips their monthly, biweekly or weekly cleaning often. We will then charge the client the price for occasional cleaning since they’re not able to keep their commitment on the recurring cleaning price we have offered and agreed to.
No, absolutely not! This is not a contract; it is just a service commitment between the company and the client. You can cancel your service at any time for any reason or change your service plan as you wish.
No, we will provide the cleaning supplies.
You can pay for your cleaning service with cash, check or through our business Venmo account.
If you must cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, we respectfully ask for at least 48-hour notice.

Our cleaners are not allowed to clean anything higher than what they can reach with a 2-step ladder.
If you’re not happy with your recent cleaning service, please call us within 24 hours and we’ll come back to clean it again for free. customer service is our top priority. We care about your satisfaction.
